10 Delicious Spring Cocktails

The weather is finally getting warmer, which means cocktail menus all across the city are getting a makeover. You’ll still be able to order a classic or bespoke cocktail of choice, but this round up offers 10 drinks that we’d definitely sip again and again as the weather gets warmer.

What makes a spring cocktail beyond the fact that you’re drinking it in April or May? There’s no standard to this, but you’ll find that many of the drinks will feature seasonal ingredients or more herbaceous flavors. In some cases, there will be a stronger emphasis on lighter spirits like gin and rum whereas winter menus are heavier on the whiskey and rye. Here are some of the highlights:

From the Garden:
