Milk & Honey

The original New York speakeasy by Sasha Petraske, it was until recently located on a deserted block of the LES, and now resides at 30 East 23rd Street. The new space is much larger with a beautiful art deco style, and same exacting cocktail standards. Believe the hype, and get your reservation by emailing them here. They are also now accepting walk ins, but we wouldn’t risk it if we were you.

Who: A date, a small group of appreciative friends (max group size is 6)

What: There is no menu, just tell the talented bartenders what sort of spirit you like, or what you’re in the mood for, and they will deliver you exactly what you wanted, even though you’ve never heard of it before.

When: Any time you can get a reservation

Good for: Romantic date – Important occasions – Impressing people – Quiet drinks with a few good friends

The old Milk & Honey space will soon become Attaboy, a new bar by Michael McIlroy and Sam Ross, long time veterans of the original bar.
