Gin Palace is the newest piece of the cocktail trifecta on the corner of 6th and A (the other two being Cienfuegos and Amor y Amargo) from the same team as Death & Co down the street. The entire menu, predictably, is gin-based.

Named for a Cuban port town, Cienfuegos is painted in pastels and features a large iron gate with fancy scrollwork that feels just like what you'd imagine in old school Havana.
